We decided to have an in-suite reception at Mandalay Bay in one of their wonderful Vista Suites. The Vista Suite has spectacular 180º views of the Las Vegas Strip and Mandalay Beach in this 1,700 square-foot suite.
The reception is scheduled to start at 5:30. We will be having food and bar service from Masterpiece Cuisine. The menu is as follows:
Masterpiece Caprese Kabobs
Fresh mozzarella, sweet grape tomatoes, and basil are hand-threaded on a small skewer and drizzled with balsamic vinegar reduction.
Grilled Chicken Bruschetta
Tender grilled chicken breasts, slow marinated in a blend of Italian seasonings and combined with sweet tomatoes, crumbled Feta, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. Served
with sliced, grilled basil bread.
Gourmet Mini Sliders
Seasoned, slow-roasted Angus tri-tip beef served with fresh rolls and creamy horseradish
aioli on the side.
Cedar Plank Shrimp Skewers
Large, tail on shrimp brushed with a blend of lime, cilantro, and savory spices and served with a tangy mango mustard dipping sauce on the side.
International Mezze Platter
Marinated vegetables, assorted meats, fresh cheeses, Artisan breads, and red pepper blue cheese spread.
Mediterranean Salad
Fresh mixed baby greens, sweet green peppers, golden raisins, pineapple, assorted berries, and cucumber with a fresh raspberry vinaigrette.
Classic Fruit Platter
Assorted organic and seasonal fruits displayed with a side of strawberry yogurt dipping sauce.
